Few people will buy from someone who is stressed and under pressure (how comfortable would you feel dealing with a salesperson like that?).
So we'll start the course by taking a step back and looking at what motivates you and what will keep you motivated when things get hard.
In Lesson 2 we'll look at the common mistakes that many salespeople make, and how to turn them around. We'll also look at sources of stress and take the first steps towards building a sales system that will deliver consistent results.
In Lesson 3 I'll explain the 'Service Mindset' to you and how this can significantly reduce the stress of selling. It's the starting point for effective communication and building rapport with clients.
